Teacher Information

"Karen’s
presentation of women of the Northwest frontier not only gave
children an immediate and accessible view of history, but
generated interest and involvement. Our
social studies curricula were greatly enhanced by her direct and
engaging connection with our students."
Ann Welton,
librarian & reading teacher, Grant Elementary School

Aware of the increasing
need to have classroom experiences that are relevant to
standards, Karen has designed living history programs to help
meet Washington State Social Studies Classroom Based
Assessments. Focus of programs can be adapted, so let Karen
know if you have another educational need for a particular
topic.
GLEs and EALRs available on request.
